OUR MISSION
Welcome to a new era of wellness and longevity, where the art and science of health come together to help you live your most vibrant life. Perennial Wellness & Longevity is a medical clinic dedicated to pioneering evidence-based medicine and cutting-edge technology. It is designed to optimize your well-being, extend healthspan, and enhance performance. Every treatment, every innovation, and every step we take is rooted in these principles.
OUR PROCESS

A Comprehensive Baseline Assessment
We begin by revealing exactly where you are now. A targeted, clinically rigorous assessment uncovers your metabolic strengths, hidden risks, and performance limits so we can build interventions that actually move the needle.
What we measure and why it matters
Comprehensive biomarkers: advanced lipid subfractions, insulin sensitivity and glycemic markers, inflammatory markers (hs-CRP, IL-6 where appropriate), thyroid and sex-hormone panels, micronutrients, liver/kidney function, and specialty tests tailored to your history.
VO₂max and performance testing: a direct measure of cardiorespiratory fitness and the gold standard for aerobic capacity.
DEXA body-composition imaging: lean mass, fat mass, and bone density — not just a number on the scale. DEXA tells us where you carry risk (visceral/subcutaneous distribution), how balanced your musculature is, and sets a baseline for tracking body-composition changes
The point
Reveal isn’t vanity — it’s intelligence. We replace guesswork with measured data so every recommendation is specific, measurable, and accountable. That baseline lets us prioritize interventions that both reduce clinical risk and maximize real-world performance, then track progress with repeatable metrics.

Data-driven, individualized restoration
We use the data from Reveal to rebuild you with targeted, measurable interventions informed by advanced biomarkers, genetics, epigenetics, and multi-omics. The goal: correct dysfunction, eliminate limiting bottlenecks, and create a physiology that responds faster to training, nutrition, and therapeutic inputs.
What we analyze and why it matters
Genetic testing: clarifies inherited risks, drug metabolism variants, and trait predispositions (e.g., endurance vs power tendencies, lipid/insulin risk alleles). We use this to avoid drugs that won’t work or cause side effects, tailor dosing, and choose interventions that align with your biology — remembering genes are probabilities, not destiny.
Epigenetics: provides a readout of biological age and how lifestyle has modified gene expression potential. Epigenetic markers give us a baseline for interventions that can actually move the needle on biological age and resilience.
Multi-omics: identifies active pathways, nutrient insufficiencies, inflammatory signatures, metabolic bottlenecks, and gut ecosystem imbalances. This tells us what’s happening now at a systems level — which pathways to upregulate and which to dampen.
Re-sampling: we set measurable endpoints and timelines (e.g., improve VO₂ kinetics, reduce biological age by X months, lower ApoB by Y mg/dL).
The process
Rebuild is targeted repair — we convert complex data into a prioritized, actionable plan that fixes the root causes limiting your performance and longevity. Everything is testable, reversible, and tracked. Reveal gave us the map; Rebuild is how we redraw your physiology.

Fast, physician-led progress
We don’t just hand you a plan and hope for the best. Your program actually moves — faster and safer — because a physician reads your data, manages risk, and makes smart changes when they matter.
What you get
Physician directed treatment adjustments (meds, supplements, procedures) based on your tests and goals.
Regular check-ins using your labs, dexascan results, and physiologic data (VO₂, heart-rate, sleep) so we see what’s working.
Clear goals everyone agrees on (for example: raise VO₂, lose visceral fat, lower a key cholesterol number).
How it actually works
Small, frequent changes: we tweak things bit-by-bit instead of making big guesses. Small fixes compound into big gains.
Timing that makes sense: quick text/tele check-ins for minor tweaks, fuller reviews every 4–12 weeks, and a deep re-test at key milestones (often 3–6 months).
Data drives decisions: if your wearable, lab, or scan shows a problem or opportunity, we act — not wait.
Why it matters
This is progress with accountability. You get measurable improvements faster, with less risk, because your doctor is actively steering your care and updating it as new data and research come in.
